Ensure that all health and safety project plans are implementedFully understand the scheduling process and related software able to actively status the field progress and update scheduleWith Superintendent lead and supervise the workers and monitor work performancePerform basic take-offs and has estimating skills for change order workWork collaboratively with management by keeping them informed of progress summarizing information and trendsTrackrecord construction documents punch lists and changesAttend and document Safety Subcontractor and Owner meetingsProvide input and assistance with pre-job planning strategizing and conceptual schedulingMentor subordinates and promote team atmosphere reflecting BONDs valuesQualificationsBS in engineering or related discipline or equivalent work experience in the Construction IndustryRequires exceptional supervisory interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain positive working relationshipsBuilders license and appropriate education and certifications OSHA First Aid CPR etc.Possesses knowledge of Owner Contracts drawings subcontractor agreements scope and risk management mitigationExhibits a thorough understanding of construction knowledge including but not limited to site work concrete masonry mechanical and electricalDemonstrated experience with scheduling process and use of a project planMust be detail-oriented organized flexible and able to effectively multitask while working in a fast-paced environmentMust have excellent time management and prioritization skills to ensure deadlines are met while providing accurate deliverablesMust have a robust knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel Word Power Point and OutlookBenefitsBOND offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical dental and vision insurance a 401k retirement plan with company contribution paid time off including vacation sick leave and holidays employer-paid life and disability insurance and access to additional voluntary benefits.The expected salary range for this role is 90000 to 115000 per year.
