Job DescriptionOversee daily on-site construction activities, ensuring work progresses safely and efficiently. Knowing how to set and drive the schedule is most important task for Assistant Super. Manage subcontractors and field crews, coordinating tasks and verifying work quality. Maintain project schedules, tracking progress and adjusting plans to keep milestones on target. Help drive growth from preconstruction all the way through project closeout. Work directly with Lead Superintendent. Ensure safety compliance, enforcing standards, conducting walkthroughs, and resolving hazards. Make on-site decisions, using autonomy to address issues and keep the project moving smoothly. Ability to work together as a team. Wanting to work under a seasoned superintendent to gain experience on large scale builds. Healthcare experience is a plus - but not required for the Asst Super/APMs - must have solid commercial, industrial, municipal, etc, experience.
