As an Assistant Superintendent, you will play a key role in supporting field operations from project startup through closeout. Working alongside experienced Superintendents and Project Managers, you will help coordinate daily construction activities, maintain project schedules, ensure quality standards are met, and promote a safe, productive jobsite environment.

Job Details
  • 2+ years of commercial construction experience in an Assistant Superintendent, Field Engineer, Project Engineer, or similar field leadership role.
  • Experience supporting ground-up commercial construction projects; design-build experience is strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of construction means and methods, sequencing, scheduling, and quality control.
  • Assist with coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to maintain project progress.
  • Help monitor daily jobsite activities while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
  • Support project scheduling, inspections, punch list completion, and project closeout activities.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience using construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms is preferred.
  • OSHA 30 certification is preferred or willingness to obtain.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
  • Valid driver's license with the ability to travel to project sites as required.
  • Commitment to maintaining high-quality workmanship while delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.
