Client Details

This general contractor works throughout South Florida, based in Broward County and has a large pipeline of work in the commercial sector. Their work includes hospitality, restaurant/ bars, offices, retail, casino/ entertainment, etc. Seeking a junior level superintendent to join their team with only 2 years of experience and motivated to learn & grow with their business.

Description

• • Assist with day-to-day jobsite activities and coordination of subcontractors
  • Help track schedules, deliveries, and inspections
  • Support quality control, punch lists, and finish coordination
  • Maintain jobsite safety, organization, and cleanliness
  • Assist with documentation and occasional PM-related tasks
  • Communicate effectively with field and office teams

Profile

• • 2-3 years of on-site construction experience
  • Exposure to interior construction, preferably hospitality, restaurant, or entertainment spaces
  • Strong attention to detail and interest in high-quality interior finishes
  • Some familiarity with Project Management functions is a plus
  • Procore experience preferred
  • Comfortable using construction technology and software
  • Local to Broward County with ability to commute to North Broward / Palm Beach
