Job Details

Job Details / Responsibilities:

Support the senior superintendent on a live ground-up 300,000 sq ft cold storage facility project in Marana, AZ
Utilize construction management software on a laptop in the field to submit and track RFIs
Create and process change orders efficiently
Email and call subcontractors to coordinate scheduling and sequencing
Provide on-site direction and oversight to subcontractors as needed
Shadow the senior superintendent to learn construction processes, best practices, and project management
Assist with daily field operations to ensure the project stays on schedule through December 2026
Maintain clear communication between the project team, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders

Qualifications:

Solid understanding of construction processes and how construction projects work from start to finish
Previous experience in construction coordination, field support, or assistant superintendent roles preferred
Comfortable working on-site in an active construction environment (outdoor/field conditions)
Proficient with laptops and construction management software for RFI tracking, change orders, and documentation
Strong organizational and communication skills (both written and verbal)
Ability to proactively reach out to subcontractors via email and phone for scheduling
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while supporting the senior team
