We design premium leather outerwear, down jackets, footwear, and accessories for people who dress with intention. Our product sits in the same conversation as Moncler and Mackage but with an edge that is entirely our own. In the US, we are stocked at Nordstrom, Bloomingdale's, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Revolve. We have boutique locations across the Northeast and Midwest, and we are actively opening more.

Job Details

. Minimum 2+ years of experience in a leadership role within luxury or premium fashion retail, you have supported store operations and helped drive results
. Strong sales background with a track record of meeting or exceeding personal and store targets, you know how to contribute and influence performance
. Hands-on floor leader, you lead by example, support the team during peak hours, and step in wherever needed to deliver a high level of service
. Experience with clienteling, you actively build and maintain relationships that drive repeat business and elevate the customer experience
. Comfortable supporting team development, you assist with coaching, onboarding, and creating a positive and accountable team culture
. Solid understanding of retail KPIs including conversion rate, units per transaction, average transaction value, and sell through
. Strong operational support, you can help manage scheduling, inventory, visual standards, and daily tasks to keep the store running smoothly
. Familiar with omni-channel retail, you can assist with in-store fulfillment, CRM usage, and outreach to clients
. Acts as a brand ambassador, you represent the product authentically and confidently and help bring the brand story to life on the floor
. Experience with premium outerwear, leather goods, or accessories is a plus, but not required, passion for the product matters more
. Able to step in as the leader on duty when needed, supporting the Store Manager and ensuring consistency in execution
. Comfortable in a fast moving, entrepreneurial environment where flexibility and ownership are expected
