The Assistant Manager is a full-time leadership role supporting store operations and ensuring a safe, customer-focused environment. Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of supervisory or team lead experience in retail
- Must be at least 18 years old, with a high school diploma or GED preferred
- Legal right to work in the U.S.
- Effective communication skills in English
- Ability to lift, push, pull at least 20 lbs., stand for 8+ hours, and work flexible hours including weekends, nights, and holidays
- Occasional outdoor work, climbing, and inventory tasks required
