We're seeking talented candidates for an Assistant Store Manager role at a leading vehicle maintenance franchise with over 2,000 locations.
As part of the management team, you'll provide hands-on leadership, training, safety guidance, motivation, and direction to store teammates to achieve operational, financial, and guest service goals, while fostering a fun and energetic work environment.
This role involves performing duties of team members such as Lube Techs and Technicians as needed.
Previous vehicle maintenance experience is preferred but not required; supervisory experience and a valid driver’s license are necessary.
