This Assistant Manager role at Jimmy John’s is more than just a job—it’s a leadership opportunity. As a Sandwich Maestro, you’ll help run the shift, lead the team, and make sure every customer gets fast, freaky-good service and a consistently great sandwich.

Support daily restaurant operations including speed, accuracy, cleanliness, and food quality
Lead and support team members during shifts—coaching in real time
Help train new hires and reinforce Jimmy John’s standards and systems
Maintain inventory levels, assist with ordering, and reduce waste
Handle customer interactions, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience
Step in wherever needed—this is a hands-on leadership role
