- Oversees order processing, merchandise returns, and ensures compliance with policies.
- Handles opening/closing procedures, security, and store maintenance tasks.
- Ensures communication of messages and delegation of merchandising tasks.
- Supports store appearance, equipment, and safety maintenance.
