The Assistant Store Manager supports store leadership by fostering a customer-focused environment, coaching partners, and ensuring merchandising and operational standards are met. They collaborate with the Store Manager to drive sales, develop team members, and execute community events. Key duties include leading sales efforts, training staff, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with policies. Qualifications include 2-4 years of retail management experience, strong organizational skills, and flexibility to work varied shifts. Core competencies involve business acumen, leadership, customer service, and strategic thinking.
