DescriptionThe Assistant Store Manager is responsible for assisting in overseeing all aspects of store operations to drive sales, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and lead a high-performing team. This role assists in managing sales performance, staffing, merchandising, inventory coordination, and operational standards while ensuring the store reflects the brand and meets financial goals.
