Join our team as an Assistant Store Manager and take on a leadership role in a dynamic retail environment.
In this full-time position, you'll act as a key holder, support sales goals, lead customer service efforts, and train associates.
Responsibilities include opening and closing the store, delegating tasks, assisting with visual merchandising, managing cash reconciliation, and promoting loss prevention.
We seek candidates with strong communication and leadership skills, at least 2 years of retail or customer service experience, and previous supervisory experience is a plus.
Must be able to complete Key Carrier Certification within 60 days, have flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays, and be at least 18 years old.
Physical requirements include standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lbs, and working on your feet.
