Assistant Store Manager - Northern Lights, Columbus, OH

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Assistant Store Managers, supporting daily store operations to maximize sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

• Assist with staff management, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Help control expenses and inventory, monitor shrink, and support merchandising efforts.
• Provide outstanding customer service and maintain a friendly environment.
• Perform inventory counts and manage store standards.
• Work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with a maximum of 40 hours/week.

  Ideal candidates have at least one year of retail management experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Physical requirements include standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs. Compensation ranges from $15.25 to $17.25 per hour, with bonus opportunities and full benefits for full-time roles.
