Pay: $20-$22/hr (Full-Time, based on experience)
Schedule: Nights, weekends, and holidays required
Location: Tin City, Naples, FL

What You'll Do

Support the Store Manager in driving sales and performance
Deliver exceptional customer service
Meet and Track goals and KPIs

What We're Looking For

2+ years as Assistant Manager or Lead Keyholder
2+ years retail sales experience
Proven ability to meet goals
Strong leadership and communication skills
18 + years of age, with a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
Must be able to pass a background screening.
