The Assistant Store Manager supports sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations, acting as the store leader in the manager's absence or during opposing shifts.
- Lead team in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring sales programs are executed effectively.
- Assist in staffing, goal-setting, coaching, and training team members.
- Participate in hiring, scheduling, and evaluating candidates.
- Ensure timely processing of online orders, returns, exchanges, and merchandise invoicing.
- Communicate messages, delegate merchandising tasks, and ensure policy adherence.
- Perform opening/closing duties, maintain store security, and oversee store maintenance.
- Support overall store operations, including equipment, signage, and delivery vehicles.
