As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support store operations and drive sales performance in a Lubbock, TX location.
Key responsibilities include maintaining service standards, leading and mentoring staff, developing sales strategies, and ensuring the store's appearance meets standards.
Qualifications include a minimum of a High School diploma with 1 year of sales experience or 2+ years of retail experience; a bachelor's degree is preferred. Exposure to paint and sundries is desirable. Candidates must be able to work flexible hours, lift up to 80 pounds infrequently, and possess a valid driver’s license.
