Seeking a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager for a retail location in Lubbock, TX.
Responsibilities include maintaining service standards, training and motivating staff, developing sales strategies, and ensuring the store’s appearance meets standards.
Qualifications include a minimum of a high school diploma with 1 year of sales experience or 2+ years retail experience, preferably with paint and sundries knowledge.
Must be able to work flexible hours, lift up to 80 pounds occasionally, and possess a valid driver’s license.
Starting pay is $19.00/hour. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
