Overview: The Assistant Store Manager supervises store operations and customer service, ensuring policies are followed and customer needs are met promptly.
Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with customers and staff to promote positive experiences.
  • Oversee opening and closing procedures, sales, shop management, and office tasks.
  • Assist in training staff and executing company programs and policies.
  • Support management in achieving sales, profit, expense, and payroll goals.
  • Handle financial tasks such as reviewing profit/loss statements, managing accounts receivable, and daily cash handling.
  • Monitor employee productivity and assist with inventory and reporting.
  • Ensure facilities and equipment are maintained according to standards.
