Seeking an Assistant Store Manager for a gas station and convenience store.
- Assist the Store Manager with employee training, development, and store operations.
- Schedule staff shifts and resolve customer concerns.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and conduct audits.
- Oversee merchandise stocking and placement.
- Maintain guest hospitality by ensuring efficient transactions.
- Monitor profits, shrink, lottery, vendor relations, car wash, and waste management.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Certification testing if needed.
- Preferred: 1+ year supervisory experience in retail, food service, or convenience store settings.
