We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager who is prompt, friendly, and customer-focused. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership by training and supervising staff, managing store operations, and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Manage all store aspects, including supervising, training, and scheduling team members
- Oversee product ordering, stocking, and shelf rotation
- Operate registers during busy times and handle cash and other money services
- Perform daily opening and closing procedures
- Handle paperwork, invoices, and maintain store records
- Adhere to policies for cash handling, coupons, gift cards, and government assistance programs
- Must be at least 18, neat, and able to stand, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs
- Open availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications include prior retail management experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to lead by example.
