We're seeking a dependable and energetic Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations and lead a customer-focused team in a full-time role.

  • Open and close the store as a key holder, support sales goals, and lead customer service efforts.
  • Train and guide associates, delegate tasks, and assist with visual merchandising and store presentation.
  • Perform register overrides, cash reconciliation, and follow loss prevention procedures.
  • Must have strong communication, leadership skills, and at least 2 years of retail or customer service experience. Supervisory experience is a plus.
  • Must complete Key Carrier Certification within 60 days and have flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical requirements include standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lbs, and working on your feet.
