Summary: The Assistant Manager supports store operations and administrative tasks, assists in achieving store goals, and maintains product knowledge. They uphold policies, provide excellent customer service, and promote merchandise. In the absence of the Store Manager, they assume supervisory duties and are trained in managerial responsibilities.
Essential duties include asset control, creating action plans for selling and restocking, personnel recruiting and training, monitoring inventory and sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and performing administrative tasks. They also supervise staff when needed, resolve issues, and promote store standards.
