Summary: The role involves supporting store operations, supervising staff in the manager’s absence, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Assistant Manager assists with inventory, merchandising, staffing, and administrative duties, following company policies and standards. They are knowledgeable about products, promote merchandise, and help achieve store goals.
Responsibilities: Control assets, develop action plans, assist with hiring and training, oversee inventory and sales, maintain customer service quality, and safeguard assets. Supervises staff, manages daily operations, and supports the store in achieving profitability.
Qualifications: Retail experience (preferably in footwear and apparel), 1-3 years customer service, strong communication skills, team-player attitude, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
