Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Support the Store Director in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of merchandising strategies to maximize sales and product appeal.
  • Contribute to inventory control processes, including receiving, stocking, and conducting regular inventory counts.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership by motivating and guiding store associates to achieve performance goals.
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety training and regulations, maintaining a clean and sanitary environment.
