The Assistant Store Manager plays a vital role in driving store performance, delivering exceptional customer service, and fostering a fun, inclusive team environment. They act as the manager on duty in the absence of the Store Manager, oversee staffing, training, and compliance, and manage daily store operations including merchandising, inventory, and cash handling. They ensure visual standards are maintained and support promotional activities.
