As part of the management team, you'll provide hands-on leadership, training, safety guidance, motivation, and direction to staff to ensure operational success, financial performance, and excellent guest service, all in an energetic and fun environment.
This role involves performing duties of team members such as Lube Techs and Technicians as needed. Prior vehicle maintenance experience is preferred but not required; supervisory experience in a physical environment is essential. A valid driver's license is necessary.
