Seeking a Bilingual Assistant Store Manager with a pay range of $15.00 - $20.00 per hour, plus potential premiums based on schedule, location, or work performed.
Responsibilities include supporting the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations, managing the store during absences or shifts, and leading team members to deliver excellent service.
Key duties involve supervising customer service, staffing, coaching, hiring, processing orders and returns, ensuring policy adherence, and handling opening/closing procedures.
Requirements include sales and assistant manager certifications, with preferred certifications like ASE or Certified Parts Professional. Fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish, is desired.
