- Executing core bakery operations—inventory, scheduling, staffing, quality, and food safety
- Supporting ordering, inventory accuracy, and shrink control
- Assisting in staffing, onboarding, training, coaching, and enforcing standards
- Managing bakery operations independently when BOM is absent, modeling accountability, and collaborating on operational improvements
Success is demonstrated by independently managing bakery tasks, maintaining high standards, fostering accountability, and preparing for BOM advancement. Qualifications include at least one year of leadership experience in fast-paced environments, operational discipline, coaching ability, and strong communication skills.
