You help prioritize daily, weekly and monthly store goals, assign projects to key holders and sales associates, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Skills & ExperienceA passion for product, brands, fashion and trends1+ year of retail management experience, preferably fast‑fashion1+ year of proven track record inspiring and managing diverse, high‑performing teamsDemonstrated ability to drive sales, stock and service delivery resultsKnowledge of retail merchandising practices, executing VM directives and delivering world‑class visual merchandising standardsAbility to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidaysOutstanding communication, customer‑service and problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environmentPhysical RequirementsMove around the store throughout the shiftLift, carry, push and pull up to 50 pounds regularlySquat or kneel regularly (e.g., to access under‑storage bins, during visual resets)Use a ladder, step stool or raised platform safely to complete required tasksCompensationThis is a full‑time hourly paid position with a wage range of $25.00 – $28.00 per hour.Who are we?Cotton On's purpose is to make a positive difference in people's lives.
