We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our high-volume, full-service automotive repair center. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, have a proven track record of driving repeat customer sales, excel at solving complex problems, and take pride in delivering high-quality and timely work.

We provide a clean, modern and safe workspace equipped with state-of-the-art tools, a steady flow of customers, and the opportunity to work alongside skilled Store Managers. Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Review Digital Inspections from technicians to properly write repair orders for the customers.

Requirements:

• General knowledge of the automotive industry.
• 1-2 years of service writing experience is preferred.
• Ability to multitask efficiently and maintain organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18 - $22 per hour

Shift: Day shift

Store Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30am to 6pm and Saturdays 7:30am to 5pm.

Will be off Sundays and 1 day during the week, typically Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. Must be able to work Saturdays.
