Assistant Store Manager

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support daily store operations, drive sales, and lead a team to deliver excellent customer service.

• Assist in achieving sales goals and maintaining operational standards.
• Support inventory control, shrink prevention, and compliance with policies.
• Supervise and develop store associates, including hiring, onboarding, and coaching.
• Ensure a safe, organized, and customer-focused environment.
• Help maintain staffing levels and support performance management.
• Perform additional duties to support store success.
• 
  Qualifications include 2-4 years retail leadership experience, strong communication skills, and flexible availability. Key competencies involve team leadership, customer focus, operational accountability, and adaptability.
