We are in full pursuit to find hardworking people to join us on our quest and bring our core values to life.ResponsibilitiesAssist with onboarding, scheduling, coaching, performance management, training, and education of Retail Sales Associates or Outfitters.Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations and long-term success of retail staff.Foster customer happiness and deliver a positive shift experience for every team member.Execute opening and closing duties to ensure the store stays clean, organized, and operating smoothly.Act as Manager on Duty when Store Manager is not present.Maintain Outfitter metrics goals set by Owners and Director of Retail Operations.Help manager lead monthly team meetings.QualificationsAvailable to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.Support the Store Manager.Assist with training new employees.Responsible for fostering customer happiness.Deliver a positive shift experience for every team member.Execute opening and closing duties, delegating as needed.Act as Manager on Duty when Store Manager is not present.Maintain Outfitter metrics goals.Help manager lead monthly team meetings.PerksHigh energy and fun atmosphere.Training and advancement opportunities within the Fleet Feet brand.Community involvement and community service activities.Training Program and Product Discount.Passionate team members.Fleet Feet franchisees operate as independent business owners.
