Assistant Store Manager

About the Role:
Supporting daily store operations, the Assistant Store Manager helps drive sales, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain operational standards. They supervise and develop store associates, assist with hiring, onboarding, and training, and support staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in achieving sales goals and delivering a positive customer experience
• Oversee inventory control and shrink prevention
• Supervise team activities including sales, cash handling, and customer service
• Support hiring, onboarding, and staff development
• Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant store environment
• Ensure merchandising, visual standards, and policies are followed
• Perform other duties to support store operations
