The Assistant Store Manager supports sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations, stepping in during the Store Manager's absence or shifts.
- Leads team in delivering excellent customer service and supervises service programs.
- Assists with staffing, goal setting, coaching, and training of team members.
- Participates in hiring, evaluates candidates, and ensures policies are followed.
- Oversees order processing, returns, exchanges, and merchandise invoicing.
- Ensures store security, opening/closing duties, and maintenance tasks are completed.
- Supports communication, merchandising, and policy adherence.
Preferred candidates are bilingual, certified in relevant areas, and experienced in retail management.
