Join our team as an Assistant Store Manager and take on a leadership role in a dynamic retail environment. In this full-time position, you'll act as a key holder, support the General Manager in achieving sales goals, and lead customer service efforts to ensure a positive shopping experience.
What You'll Do:
- Open and close the store as a key holder
- Support sales and customer service initiatives
- Train and guide associates on processes and standards
- Delegate daily tasks and assist with visual merchandising
- Perform register overrides, cash counts, and reconcile tills
- Follow loss prevention procedures
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Excellent customer service attitude
- At least 2 years of retail or customer service experience
- Previous supervisory experience is a plus
- Ability to complete Key Carrier Certification within 60 days
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
