Responsibilities
- Assist customers in person and over the phone
- Comply with all operating standards and assist with procedures pertaining to the daily operation and management of the store
- Assist with inventory management
- Greet customers warmly and develop rapport to encourage repeat business
- Assist the Store Manager and store owner with daily tasks and responsibilities
- Foster a positive work environment and be a team player
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous retail management experience is preferred
- Competent computer skills
- Excellent team building and leadership skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Auto Parts experience required
