    Opportunity OverviewWe are in search of an Assistant Store Manager to contribute to our continuous expansion across the United States. This person will be responsible for store opening and closing operations, ensuring that all store operations in the store are occurring as expected, and providing a great experience in store. They need to have strong attention to detail and be an expert in store processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and communicating barriers to the Store Manager. The position reports to and receives functional guidance from the Store Manager.What You Will AchieveManage a team of Brand Associates setting expectations, goals, and developing talentAct as the manager on duty in the store, focused on delivering results while enabling a positive customer and employee experienceMaintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment for customers, employees, and store productsFocus on providing positive customer and employee experienceSet high store standards that reflect company brand image, values, and cultureBe a subject matter expert on POP MART core business information including POP MART's characters, products, and company historySupport the company on marketing events such as in-store events, pop-up events, conventions, and new store openingsSupport the company RoboShop business as needed and follow up with in-store RoboShop employee and RoboShop business partners as neededImprove sales performance of stores and meet sales key performance indicators such as store conversion, units per transaction, dollars per transaction, and store sales trendsDrive sales of company key products such as Blind boxes, MEGA, and accessoriesMust be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidaysVisual Merchandising & OperationExecute Visual Merchandising and Marketing directives from business partners while attending weekly callsInstall marketing decals, props, set up new merchandising planograms, and set up marketing fixturesRemerchandise the sales floor based on product sell-through or slow moving product, making strategic decisions that align with business needsWork closely with Inventory ASM to determine BOH and warehouse inventory levelsWork specific days of the week depending on Visual/Inventory Management responsibilitiesResponsible for back-of-house organization, inventory management, receiving/transferring of goods, and weekly/quarterly inventory auditingQualificationsRetail industry knowledge, skills, and abilitiesAbility to lift large boxes up to 50 lbs.Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver great customer experienceMore than 2 years of store leadership experience in retailHigh level of ethics, values, integrity, and trustExperience working independently in an ambiguous environment with minimal supervisionDemonstrated ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions and implement effective solutionsAbility to adapt to a fast‑paced environment and implement new standardization directivesHigh School DiplomaMust be 18 years old or olderFlexible while working in a dynamic environment and can effectively prioritize multiple tasks; thrives in learning new things, loves to assist customers, and contributes to a strong team culture in the storePhysical RequirementsAbility to regularly lift, carry, and move merchandise and supplies up to 50 lbs.Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 6‑8 hours per shift)Ability to bend, kneel, reach, and climb ladders or step stools safelyAbility to perform repetitive tasks such as unpacking boxes, tagging items, and stocking shelvesAble to work in a fast‑paced environment that may require quick movements and multitaskingAbility to work in varying temperature conditions, including stockroom and receiving areasManual dexterity required to operate standard stockroom tools (e.g., box cutters)What We OfferMarket‑competitive packages: 401k, health insurance, PTO leave, paid sick leave, and family leaveOpportunities to learn and lead: on‑the‑job training to equip employees with the latest skills and knowledgeCareer development: advancement through short‑term assignments and new experiencesPOP MART is committed to complying with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and providing reasonable accommodations to qualified individuals with disabilities.
