    Join Our Team as an Assistant Store Manager at Aqua Systems, Franklin Water Treatment, a Division of Franklin Electric

    What you will be doing:
    • Performs direct-to-consumer sales duties for phone-in and walk-in customers and manages store displays.
    • Manages the Drive Thru operations and/or Customer Relations, where applicable (supervisory duties).
    • Support the Store Manager in the management of staff and daily operations of the store.
    • Make bottled water and/or salt deliveries, as required or assigned.

    • Effectively communicates information and responds to questions in person-to-person and small group situations with customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
    • Able to successfully resolve problems involving service, deliveries, or water treatment systems performance.
    • Plans the time, method, manner, and/or performance sequence of own work; may also occasionally assist in planning work assignments performed by others within a limited area of operation. 
    • Reads and understands documents such as policy manuals, safety rules, operating and 
    • procedure manuals. 
     What you need:
    • High School Diploma or Equivalent (required).
    • One to two years of relevant experience/education in sales, customer service, or a related field (required). 
    • Valid driver’s license with a safe driving history (required).
