What You'll Do

  • Support the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
  • Greet customers professionally and guide them through the repair or tire purchase process.
  • Build trust through clear communication, accurate estimates, and honest recommendations.
  • Assist with sales growth by identifying customer needs and promoting products and services that add value.
  • Help manage service scheduling, workflow, and coordination between advisors and technicians.
  • Monitor performance goals, assist with inventory, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Step into leadership responsibilities in the Store Manager's absence.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in retail, automotive service, or customer-facing sales.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and sales skills.
  • Ability to lead by example and foster a positive, team-oriented environment.
  • Proven success in achieving sales or customer satisfaction goals.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Automotive experience or ASE certification a plus, but not required - we provide training!
