What You'll Do

As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll help lead day-to-day operations while driving team performance, customer experience, and overall store success.
You'll work closely with the Store Manager and leadership team to create a high-performing, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
-Leadership & Team Development

Help recruit, train, coach, and motivate store associates
Build a positive, high-energy team culture
Lead by example through strong communication and accountability

-Customer Experience

Deliver exceptional service for contractors and homeowners
Build long-term customer relationships
Resolve issues quickly and professionally

-Store Operations

Oversee daily store operations and workflow
Support inventory management, merchandising, and stock control
Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing departments

-Sales & Performance

Help drive sales growth and profitability
Monitor KPIs, margins, and operational performance
Execute promotions and merchandising strategies

-Inventory & Merchandising

Manage inventory accuracy and product flow
Prevent stock shortages and minimize shrinkage
Ensure strong product presentation throughout the store

-Safety & Compliance

Maintain a safe work environment
Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures

What We're Looking For

We're looking for motivated leaders who are ready to grow with us.

-Preferred Qualifications

Retail management or assistant management experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Customer-first mindset
Ability to multitask and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
Experience with POS systems (Paladin experience is a plus)
Strong organizational and operational skills

-Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
Ability to work in an active retail environment
