The Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager roles focus on creating an enjoyable shopping experience while supporting store operations, sales, merchandising, and team development.
They work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, recruit, train, motivate teammates, and ensure high standards in customer service, visual presentation, and store cleanliness.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing legendary Guest service, achieving sales goals, and enhancing customer relationships
- Leading recruiting efforts, onboarding new teammates, and fostering a positive team environment
- Managing visual merchandising, inventory, and store operations to meet company standards
- Supporting training initiatives, coaching teammates, and executing leadership actions in the absence of the Store Manager
- Ensuring compliance with policies, loss prevention, and safety procedures
