The Assistant Store Manager supports the Restaurant Manager, Shift Leaders, and Team Members to deliver exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.
This full-time role (up to 40 hours/week) requires weekend availability.
- Assist with all team responsibilities, lead meetings, and communicate goals.
- Oversee training, ensure brand standards, and foster a guest-focused culture.
- Support product rollouts, marketing, safety, and sanitation compliance.
- Help manage costs, inventory, vendor orders, and staffing.
- Recruit, onboard, develop team members, and conduct performance coaching.
- Manage cash processes and adhere to policies.
- Qualifications include leadership experience, computer skills, financial acumen, and a positive attitude.
- Must complete required courses within 30 days and obtain ServeSafe Manager Certification within 60 days if not already certified.
