The Assistant Store Manager supports sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations, managing the store during absences or shifts.
Lead team members to deliver excellent customer service, supervise retail showroom staff, and ensure proper staffing during peak hours.
Assist in setting and coaching goals, participate in hiring, and ensure policies are followed, including opening/closing procedures and merchandise processing.
Ensure timely handling of orders, returns, and exchanges, and communicate store messages effectively.
Maintain store facilities and equipment, and perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications include sales and assistant manager training, certifications, bilingual skills preferred.
