Support the Store Director in overseeing all store operations, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
Lead and motivate a team of associates, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment through effective Leadership and Coaching.
Drive Sales initiatives and monitor performance against targets, implementing strategies to achieve store goals.
Ensure exceptional ** Customer Service** is delivered consistently.
Oversee Merchandising and product placement to maximize visual appeal and drive sales.
Manage store inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stock rotation, contributing to efficient Operations.
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and safety standards.
Utilize Decision Making skills to address operational challenges and customer concerns effectively.
Develop and implement Problem Solving strategies to enhance store performance and customer satisfaction.
Demonstrated experience in a retail leadership or supervisory role, with a proven track record of success.
Working knowledge of retail operations and inventory management principles.
Thorough knowledge of customer service best practices and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
Comprehensive knowledge of effective Leadership and team management techniques.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.

A valid driver's license is required.
