As a front-line leader, the Assistant Store Manager represents the brand and ensures excellent customer service and regulatory compliance.
- Educate customers on products and resolve issues, escalating when necessary.
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, process transactions accurately, including loans and check cashing.
- Manage cash, perform bank deposits, and balance daily sales reports.
- Verify customer information and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Assist with training, support store operations, and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ years of sales/customer service experience preferred, strong communication skills, and reliable transportation. Physical demands involve extended standing, cash handling, and occasional lifting up to 50lbs. Travel within district and overnight stays may be required.
