The Assistant Store Leader - Customer Experience & Outreach is a strategic, service-oriented role focused on driving sales, engagement, and customer loyalty through hands-on leadership.

Analyzes KPIs, manages customer feedback, and maintains brand standards to ensure operational excellence and a consistent store experience.
Handles scheduling, expenses, safety, and drives business growth through outreach and events.
Partners with the Store Leader to manage workload, set goals, and develop team performance.
Promotes excellent customer service, communicates store initiatives, and supports team development.
Ideal candidates have 2+ years retail leadership, strong communication skills, and a passion for design and team building. Full-time availability for flexible hours is preferred.
