Now Hiring a PRN Assistant Social Worker!

Make a difference at Friendship Village Tempe by supporting residents and families in their care journey!

Pay: $26.40 - $29.04/hour (DOE)

Schedule: On-Call, as needed only. Possible shifts include Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (evenings/weekends and some holidays)

What You'll Do:

• Provide social services & emotional support to residents & families
• Assist with adjustments, ongoing care & discharge planning
• Collaborate with healthcare staff & community resources

What You'll Need:

• Demonstrate knowledge of social work theory and techniques and understanding of emotional and physical problems of the elderly and family members.
• Knowledge of psychosocial theory and medical terminology desired.
• Possess exceptional skills in organizing and keeping track of details and documentation.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Level 1 AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card
