POSITION: Assistant Site Manager/Nurse Coordinator

SCHEDULE: Full-Time, 7a-3:30p, weekends off

FACILITY: Eastern Regional Jail

LOCATION: Martinsburg, West Virginia

Position Summary

In this role, you'll partner with the Health Services Administrator to support daily healthcare operations while maintaining strong clinical standards. You will:

• Assist in managing clinical operations and supporting patient care delivery
• Provide leadership, training, and guidance to nursing staff
• Coordinate patient care across departments and outside providers
• Support staffing, scheduling, and performance management
• Participate in policy development, audits, and quality improvement initiatives
• Provide direct patient care as needed to maintain coverage
• Review incidents, medication errors, and ensure appropriate follow-up
• Assist with reports, compliance, and regulatory standards

What You'll Need

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
• Current, unrestricted LPN license required; RN preferred
• Current CPR certification
• 2-3 years of clinical experience; supervisory experience preferred
