We are seeking a legendary Assistant Service Manager to support daily Front of House operations, ensuring Legendary Food, Service, and People.
Responsibilities include overseeing service, enforcing policies, training staff, setting the pace during peak hours, and providing hands-on supervision.
Additional duties involve managing guest interactions, developing sales strategies, cross-training employees, overseeing scheduling, promoting sales incentives, ensuring safe food handling, maintaining cleanliness, assisting with inventory, and fostering a positive restaurant culture rooted in core values of passion, integrity, partnership, and fun.
